Capt. Dan is a full time fishing guide that has specialized in inshore light tackle sport fishing for over 18 years. We use a variety of both live and artificial baits in pursuit of game fish ranging from 2 to 200 pounds. Sound like fun?
In addition, Captain Dan was formerly an outdoor sports correspondant for the St. Petersburg Times and is currently a contributing writer for the Paradise News. He's also an instructional marine Captain that's available for seminars. Email for more information.
"I realize fishing isn't exactly a matter of life and death, its far more important than that."
Capt. Dan..........
Mary Astor once said "The man who goes fishing gets something more than the fish he catches." How true, the charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but obtainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope and that all men are equal before fish.
"I think I have the greatest job in the world", when I help someone catch their first Tarpon, Snook, Red fish or what ever, I share that experience with them and those are some memorable times. One thing is for sure! You are not going to catch any fish sitting there looking at the monitor. Make the call, book the charter, and I will see you on the water.
*Remember the gods do not deduct from man's allotted span the hours spent in fishing.
"A fishermans prayer" Oh give me the grace to catch a fish so big that even I when telling of it afterwards may have no need to lie.
